The Big Data technology allows for a simultaneous analysis of a huge number of words and phrases in Internet entries. An appropriate selection of keywords may allow for obtaining results similar to survey research, but on a much larger scale than it is usually possible. The theory of transactional analysis allows for creating a psychological portrait of the Internet user, which is based on the analysis of his/her speech content. The present article constitutes an attempt to use the language of transactional analysis in the study of social networks.
