- Abstract
-
The authors of the article discuss the possibilities of working on the individual’s somatic script with the use of a favourite fairy tale from their childhood. The method allows for confrontation with a negative primary scheme of the script protocol developed in the early stages of life after be- ing subjected to injunctions and illusory decisions. Identification with an inanimate object or the picture from a fairy tale clearly indicates tensions and blocks visible in the body. The perspective of an Adult-Ego State used in the final stages of therapy helps to overcome a stalemate and free blocked energy, and, as a result, adopt a new life perspective.
