Abstract
The author discusses the specificity and development of educational Transactional Analysis as a special field of applications. She also suggests distinguishing between the two terms functioning in the Polish language: “Transactional Analysis in education” and “educational Transactional Analysis”. The first notion, in her opinion, is wider, as it comprises: research on education, possi- bilities of interpreting educational reality as well as teaching and educating practice in Transac- tional Analysis perspective. The notion of “educational Transactional Analysis”, however, is re- served for practical activities of the teacher, basing on TA theory, but also considering specificity of educational work.
