The role of sport tourism in physical education

Abstract

An analysis of the literature in the field of sciences of physical culture and sports tourism is presented in the article. Theoretical basis of physical culture is related to the most important definitions of sport tourism and demonstrates their relationships. The result of the work is theoretical and graphical presentation of the strong relationship between physical culture, especially sport and physical recreation and sport tourism. It was considered that on the background of the discussed forms of participation in physical culture, one of the most important is physical education, not only connected with the immediate needs of children and young people in terms of physical development but also in preparing people to take care of their body after the educational process. It plays an important role in preparing to use other forms of participation in physical culture like physical recreation, sport and sport tourism. A sport tourist is a person who was prepared to participate in physical culture and raised to physical culture and recreation.
