Abstrakt

Kilka refleksji na temat psychoterapii grupowej

Terapia grupowa jest jedną z podstawowych form psychoterapii, która rozwijała się na przestrzeni lat. Była stosowana na wiele różnych sposobów i różni się pod względem struktury, liczby uczestników i innych aspektów. Pierwotna praktyka analizy transakcyjnej autorstwa Erica Berne'a była terapią grupową, ponieważ pozwalała mu obserwować transakcje między różnymi członkami grupy. Sam stosuję podejście grupowe w psychoterapii od ponad czterdziestu lat, a ten artykuł przedstawia kilka refleksji, obserwacji i technik, które opracowałem w tym czasie w kontekście terapii grupowej. Obejmuje to trzy różne rodzaje pozwoleń, wykorzystanie transakcji odbicia (ang. carom transaction) w terapii grupowej, rolę bezpośrednich relacji transakcyjnych oraz wspólne cechy terapii grupowej i terapii rodzinnej.
