The Edukacja Muzyczna yearbook is published in the Open Access model. This journal provides open access to its content. The articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution CC BY 4.0 EN

The journal does not collect any fees from the authors, either for submitting or for the editorial process. The texts are available on the journal's website immediately after publication. The authors give the journal publisher the right to unrestricted publication of the article in open access. Before publishing the article, the authors express written consent to the processing of their personal data.

Copyright for papers and articles published in this journal is retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the Jan Długosz University.
