Publication ethics

The Educational Transactional Analysis Journal applies publication ethics rules in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which include external reviewing procedures in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The submitted scientific articles are initially evaluated by the Editorial Committee. Each article is subject to review in accordance with the review procedure: https://czasopisma.ujd.edu.pl/index.php/EAT/review

There have not been and will not be any "ghostwriting" or "guest autorship" cases in the Journal. Therefore, the Authors are required to submit a statement regarding the reliability of the submitted articles, and in the case of the papers prepared by several authors, to disclose individual co-authors’ contributions to the creation of the article.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE AUTHORS

The authors should make sure that the submitted article is fully original. In the case of using other sources (and data), the authors are required to cite the source. The papers submitted for review could not be published in their current or very similar form before, apart from initial printing in the repository or a limited edition conference material. Sending the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

In case the funds for the research described in the article were obtained by the author from external sources, appropriate information should be provided.

EDITORIAL OBLIGATIONS

Any detected cases of scientific misconduct will be unmasked and the relevant institutions will be notified (institutions employing the authors, scientific societies, associations of scientific editors, etc.). The Journal uses the schemas of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) , available on the website: https://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts

Anti-plagiarism system

The authors present only their own original articles which have not been previously published in full or in any essential parts. The submitted articles can be checked using the anti-plagiarism system.

Open Access and Copyright Policy

The Journal provides immediate open access to its content, in accordance with the principle of supporting global exchange of knowledge by making scientific research publicly available.

For publishing purposes, authors transfer copyrights to the Jan Długosz University. The article is further distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY).
