Information about personal data processing – CIVIL LAW CONTRACTS

Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general resolution concerning the protection of personal data of 27^th April 2016, Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa informs that:

• Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa, ul. Waszyngtona 4/8, 42-200 Częstochowa is the administrator of your personal data;
• Contact data of the personal data inspector at Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa: e-mail: iod@ujd.edu.pl, tel. 34 37-84-133;
• your personal data shall be processed in order to realise the contract, processing is necessary to realise the contract;
• your personal data shall not be made available to the third party;
• your personal data shall not be handed over to any third country/ international organization;
• your personal data shall be stored during the period required by abiding law – payment data – 50 years, financial data – 5 years;
• your have the right to access the content of your data and to change them, limit their processing, to transfer them;
• your have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you decide that processing personal data concerning you breaches the provisions of the general resolution concerning the protection of personal data of 27^th April 2016;
• the personal data submitted by you is the condition for signing the contract. You are obliged to submit them, and not submitting personal data shall result in no possibility to sign the contract;
• your personal data shall not be processed automatically, profiling included.
