Socio-spatial determinants of the safety of older people in the context of an aging society

Abstract

This article was intended to present the issue of aging and thus ensuring an appropriate level of safety for them. The modern world, with its many amenities, also brings with it threats that older people are often unable to cope with at the appropriate level. The research problem was to check what threats exist for the senior age group. The research method used to prepare the article was observation. Thanks to this method, the realities of seniors’ life were learned and it was possible to form an opinion on the level of their safety, as well as all possible threats.
