Abstract

We can only estimate the number of victims of the Bolshevik system and different authors
provide different data. In this article, the author attempted to estimate the loss of demographic
potential based on two censuses that took place in the USSR until 1939. It also shows how this
potential has changed in relation to the individual nationalities of this country. Who was the victim
and who was the executioner, or maybe everyone was executioner or victim? Did Bolshevism have
an internationalist face or not?
