Since 2015 all texts have been available under the CC license.

The journal does not collect any fees from the authors, either for submitting or for the editorial process.

The texts are available on the journal's website immediately after publication.

The authors give the journal publisher the right to unrestricted publication of the article in open access. Before publishing the article, the authors express written consent to the processing of their personal data.
