Delegitimization factors of modern public governance institutions in the context of «legitimacy crisis»

Abstract

In article the author characterizes and summarizes the characteristics and factors of delegitimization of public authorities in the modern world as a manifestation of the “legitimacy crisis” phenomenon. Legitimation mechanisms of public administration system for transitional “transitive” states as one of the key factors of state are also offered.
