Abstract

Higher vocational education at the present stage of development of the education system in Ukraine is one of the decisive factors for the reproduction of the intellectual and productive forces of society, the development of the spiritual culture of the people, a key to future success in strengthening and establishing the credibility of Ukraine as a democratic state. Therefore, in the problem of inhibition of the modernization of the system of education and science, there are guilty not only politics, but also the system itself, whose employees are not active in defending their professional interests, but also the goals of the development of education and science.

The article analyzes the directions of development of higher professional-pedagogical education, preconditions and conceptual basis of the pedagogical system of vocational training of teachers of professional and artistic disciplines; methodological levels of professional training of teachers of professional-artistic disciplines and innovative changes in education caused by the paradigmatic crisis and the beginning of the formation of a new educational formation. There are considered the theoretical principles of teacher training at different levels taking into account the modern paradigm.
