TECHNOLOGY OF THE ORGANIZATION OF VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES IN THE SPACE OF THE MUSEUM

Abstract
The authors of the article consider various aspects of the organization of volunteer work in the space of the museum - in the context of social concepts, ways of influencing and preserving cultural heritage. The respective roles of volunteers are defined - as "agents of influence" of museums, effective communicators, implementers of the museum's mission, co-authors of current museum programs and projects. Various volunteer practices in museums are analyzed, which confirm the technological nature of volunteering in the appropriate contextual conditions
