Author Guidelines

The academic journal Studia Neofilologiczne. Rozprawy językoznawcze publishes original research articles, review articles, book reviews, and reports from academic conferences. We primarily accept submissions in English, German, and Polish; texts in other European languages may also be considered after prior consultation with the editorial office.

Manuscripts should be submitted through the OJS system or sent as an email attachment to the editorial office at studianeo@ujd.edu.pl

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Studia Neofilologiczne. Rozprawy językoznawcze wspiera ruch na rzecz otwartej nauki. Jest czasopismem naukowym w otwartym dostępie, wydawanym na licencji Creative Commons, dostępnym bezpłatnie w wersji elektronicznej - uznanie autorstwa 4.0 Polska (CC BY 4.0 PL). Czasopismo nie pobiera opłat za zgłoszenie tekstu, proces wydawniczy (APC - Article Processing Charge) oraz publikację.

Od autorów nie pobiera się żadnych opłat za zgłoszenie tekstu, proces redakcyjny oraz publikację. Wszystkie artykuły są dostępne na stronie internetowej czasopisma niezwłocznie po opublikowaniu. Do celów wydawniczych autor publikacji przenosi na wydawcę prawa autorskie, wyraża pisemna zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych, które są wykorzystywane wyłącznie do celów wydawniczych czasopisma. OŚWIADCZENIE o przeniesieniu autorskich praw majątkowych.
