Terms & conditions for submitting articles

The author prepares the text in accordance with the Editorial Guidelines for Authors.

Texts should be submitted by June 30 in electronic form via the OJS system or to the following address: studianeo@ujd.edu.pl, together with the title, abstract, and keywords in English. A bibliography should be included at the end of the article. The journal prefers the APA bibliographic style.

Each Author, upon acceptance of the text, is required to provide the following documents:

consent to the processing of personal data (DOWNLOAD)

consent to the disclosure of the email address (DOWNLOAD)

Papers submitted to the editorial office are sent to reviewers, who are asked to send a review within 1.5 months. If this is not possible – reviewers are obliged to provide a binding deadline for sending a publishing opinion. After receiving the review, the editors ask the Authors to familiarize themselves with their content. If the reviewer does not raise any objections to the text, the work is subjected to subsequent publishing activities. However, if there are suggestions for changes in the review, the Author is asked to take them into account and re-submit the corrected text together with a statement that he has taken into account the reviewer's recommendations.

Negative reviews are binding for the editors, which does not allow the publication of the text.

After the preconditions (mentioned above) have been met, the text development phase takes place. It is only from this moment that the time of preparing the publication for printing counts. During the work, the Author will be asked to make an author's correction, i.e. to refer to the comments and questions of the editor and proofreader of the editorial office.

For the publication of the publication, the Author does not receive a fee.

After completing the editing preparation phase, i.e. after proofreading, editorial and technical activities, the Author gets acquainted with the final version of the article provided by the editors of the journal in .pdf format. Reports noticed defects or accepts the .pdf file in writing as ready for printing (the form for signature will be provided by the editors).
