Ethical standards

The editorial board abides by the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) (https://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts) relevant to the course of action to be adopted should ethical principles concerning publications be transgressed against.

The editorial board has implemented procedures to prevent a conflict of interest between an Author and any other Parties involved.
The Author is obliged to provide information on the sources of financing of their research if the paper being contributed has been sponsored by means of a grant or another form of subsidising scientific research.

The editorial board has placed ghostwriting and guest authorship barriers in place. In the case of papers co-authored by several individuals, the individuals in question are obliged to disclose the contribution of each and every of themselves to the work on the paper in question (the disclosure shall apply to information on the authorship of the conceptions, methods, tools of research and research-conducting entity).

All and any instances of the lack of academic integrity, such as a suspected case of plagiarism, duplicate publications or data fabrication, shall be exposed, and competent institutions (employers, scientific societies and publishing companies) shall be notified.

The magazine provides open access to the published contents, in accordance with the principle of supporting global knowledge exchange, by means of rendering scientific research available to the general public.

For the purpose of publication, the Authors transfer copyrights to the paper being contributed to Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa. The paper shall further be distributed by virtue of a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
