Theater pedagogy is a means of increasing the level of pedagogical skills
Abstract
In order to be able to fulfill high social mission that the society and the state entrust to the educator, he needs to be a person and a professional. Professionalism, according to the teachers-masters, is something that can and should be studied. One of the means of acquiring professional pedagogical skills is theater pedagogy, in particular acting. Comparative analysis at the level of principles shows that the principles of theatrical pedagogy formulated in the Stanislavsky system are in full agreement with the principles of pedagogical activity. They can serve as a basis for integrating the means and methods of theatrical pedagogy into the professional training of teachers.
In addition, it is necessary to develop such qualities of a teacher as humanism, love and exactingness to children, social activity; pedagogical authority based on a broad erudition and moral purity of personality; pedagogical tact; efficiency; tenacity; possession of educational technology; communicative, organizational skills; ability to pedagogical creativity; constant search for optimal ways of solving educational problems; pedagogical sustainability; ability to defend their right to work; responsibility for the cause of upbringing. The theatrical pedagogy can significantly help the formation of these qualities. Teacher's artistry is promoted by erudition, charm, originality, improvisation and style. A special role in the professional training of the teacher is played by communicative competence and the speech of the teacher. To solve this problem, subjects such as "Fundamentals of Pedagogical Excellence", "Foundations of Acting Mastery", "Rhythmics and the Basics of Choreography", "Rhetoric" were included in the educational curriculum of the students training courses.
