Abstract

The problem of quality of education is one of the central problems in modern educational politics and science. The author considered scientific researches in which questions of quality of preschool education and its measurement are covered. The basic concepts of the research, namely, “quality of education”, “quality of preschool education”, “monitoring”, “psychological and pedagogical monitoring” are defined. The main objective of preschool education is to the creation of conditions to ensure children with quality preschool education. The author substantiation the factors of improving the quality of preschool education; the quality criteria of preschool education are characterized. Only the high quality of preschool education will be able to satisfy the modern demands of parents and society.
