Abstract

The police determine the level of safety services.The quality of their work affects the feelings and organization units help the citizen. Social security includes all the activities that help citizens to solve problems related to the bio-psycho-social in the immediate therapeutic intervention (face to face). Working with people who need help also carries many risks on their part. Arrogance, lack their own initiative, abuse of trust, dishonesty, a phenomenon with which respondents often face at work. It can also lead to the accumulation of general fatigue emotional exhaustion and burnout. Respondents is people who work with people. They often feel tired, poorly paid and un-
dervalued because of the problems posed by modern times and the associated everyday situations. Dissatisfaction with work, as an important element of burnout syndrome arises when the work dries up the wellsprings ability to satisfy needs. This applies to biological needs – mostly through the money that a person receives for work, but social needs, security and self-realization and a sense of competence, affiliation, endorsement, self-esteem, self-esteem (positive) the importance of social prestige, etc.
