Policy of use of computer tools and information spatial systems in design of safety in Poland

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of information systems on the basis of domestic and foreign literature. Pointed out the benefits of the implementation of geoinformation systems, which are useful in many areas of life. It was pointed out that the use of spatial information is very important to the functioning of society and demonstrates the use of life in areas such as administration, business, infrastructure, geology or planning security and protection of persons and property. State policy field of GIS should seek to maximize the use and development of this system, which provided to optimize the design of safety systems.
