Modern security threats of healthcare in Poland

Abstract

The elaboration shows the analysis of security threats of healthcare in Poland in law, political and economic dimention. Protecting the lives and health of citizens and counteraction of its threats is a major responsibility of public authorities. Assurance of widespread access to health benefits and improvement of quality and efficiency of medical services will allow to increase healthcare security of citizens. Gradual population loss, aging society, population with the burden of health problems and primarily insufficient funds on healthcare are reasons for introducing significant changes and improving the functioning of the healthcare system in Poland.
