Proofread the text before sending

Authors are asked to check if the text meets the following criteria. Manuscripts that do not meet the editorial requirements may be rejected.

• The text has not yet been published anywhere and is not the subject of proceedings in another journal.
• Text saved in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF or WordPerfect format.
• If available, please provide a URL for bibliographic entries.
• Line spacing 1; the height of the letter is 12 points; Italics rather than underscores (except for website addresses) All figures and tables are placed in the text in the appropriate places (not at the end).
• The text has been formatted by the guidelines for the author specifying the style and rules of preparing bibliographies.
