About the Journal

The research journal "Gubernaculum et Administratio" has been published since 2001 as a bi-annual of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa.

It contains papers in which researchers, doctoral students, students, as well as practitioners analyse current problems of legal and administrative sciences.

Gubernaculum et Administratio publishes articles from all areas of law, including public, private and international law, covering current state and new trends in doctrine, as well as works devoted to contemporary issues of application of law.

The scope of the journal encompasses studies of jurisprudence of selected judicial systems, case law and administrative decisions’ analyses, as well as reviews of scientific monographs, conference reports (concerning Polish and international conferences) and works in form of scientific opinion or expertise.

The research journal "Gubernaculum et Administratio" is addressed to researchers, practitioners and students.
