From Human Resources to Human Capital

Abstract

In recent years, the science and practice of human resources are increasingly in place of or alongside the term “human resource management” appears in the concept of “human capital management”. Employees also referred to as capital rather than a resource. The change takes place in a relatively smooth without a properly-depth scientific discussion on the subject despite the fact that the concept of resource and capital are identical. The article approaches the task to the resource and capital to the human factor in the modern enterprise as well as their implications for the styles used in leading and motivating employees.
