Abstract

Public administration must constantly adapt to the challenges of social civilization and to properly carry out the task within the law. Streamlining administrative structures to develop in the sense of the public and social services is the process of improving services and improving of quality services. This makes it necessary to take account of social expectations in the field of administration and transparency of administrative procedures and the use of quality management tools.

The purpose of this article is to study methods of improving the quality of public services in the context of public service characteristics and expectations of the modern customer. This paper reviews the available literature on the issue of quality management of public services.
