Continuity of Management Knowledge in the Model 70-20-10

This paper presents the problem of continuity of knowledge management in organizations in situation of socio-demographic changes (more and more older people, displacement X generation by generation Y of the organization), and changes in the management of the company (new paradigms of management). Discussed changes were considered determinants of the introduction of the model of learning and development – 70-20-10 model.
