Risk Management at a Job Position by a Person with Indirected Disability

Abstract

The article presents selected issues relating to the definition of risk, risk management and presents an assessment of occupational risk on the workplace occupied by a person with pronounced disabilities. The attention focused on the employer’s obligation to evaluate occupational risk in the company for each employee. It was stressed that the skilful management of risk by managers is the key to success and competitive advantage of modern organizations.
