Abstract

The main aim of the research was to determine the possible influence with the appropriate style of leadership on satisfaction of life of workers. The main research methods were a case study and analysis of documentation and direct interview. These methods allowed obtain detailed information and to conduct thorough analysis of a research problem. The method of directed interview using a questionnaire and the method of depth interview have been used. Study of management styles based on the theoretical concept of J.W. Reddin. The results indicate that management styles are shaped intuitively and depends on the profile of the company and management level. The hypothesis about importance of management style in the formation of satisfaction with quality of working life has been confirmed.
