The Competence of Enterprise Resources

Abstract

In the article, based on the literature and own experience, a concept of the structure of enterprise resource potential is presented. In particular, the author emphasizes the essence of the place and role of competence, as the main component of the structure of the resource potential on creating the environment for innovation and competitiveness. Related material and intellectual factors are the basis for the identification of an organization and professional competence in an industrial company.
