Small and Medium Enterprises in Poland remarkably contribute to socio-economic development of the country. In the structure of enterprises’ share in GDP the enterprises in question generate every second PLN, including small enterprises that generate almost every third PLN. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out thorough research that would support development of such enterprises. The article focuses on two major issues that refer to the enterprises discussed, i.e. entrepreneurship and strategic planning.
