Abstract

Consumers’ attitudes towards certain lifestyles and patterns of consumption create trends which are a part of consumers’ behavior in the global aspect. One of those trends is an increasing level of ecological awareness of consumers who prefer ecological goods and organic food in particular. The trend seems to have been disturbed lately. The main subject of this paper would be to identify the attitudes and their determinants of consumers living in the Silesia Voivodeship.
