Creating of the intellectual entrepreneurship

Abstract

The article presents the requirements which must be met with the aim of intellectual development. We analysed the ability to create and absorb innovation technology, creating the conditions for modern commercialization making people’s awareness bigger and promoting innovation grounds in the society and spreading the idea of industrial ownership.
