The meaning of cultural differences and their influence on leading of the economic activity on abroad markets

Abstract

The international marketing success is dependent on many factors – including the cultural conditions that occur in foreign markets. A company which wants to integrate in a foreign market and consolidate its position there must first of all to accept and adjust to (if possible) to the cultural differences existing in the country. This study describes the significant cultural differences which exist in some countries. Ignoring or disregard of the barriers by managers may also be a source of conflict arising in the organization.
