Socially-economical Effects of Direct Privatization in surface Mining Sector

Abstract

In article are discussed socially-economical effects resulting from direct privatization, which was carried out through giving enterprise to paid use in surface mining sector. There was worked out algorithm and computational model to prove advantages of both parts of the process i.e. the Treasure and shareholders. Researches results, which were carried our in two basalt mines in Poland unambiguously indicate legitimacy of giving enterprise to paid use.
