The changes of the organisational attitudes in the light of the territory self-government office modernisation require constant improvement of the administration office activity and adaptation to the constantly rising changes. The administration units go from the traditional model of administration towards the model of the new public management and the new public comanagement.
The aim of the following essay was an attempt to identify the changes in the organisational attitudes and their influence on the possibilities of the local self-government offices modernisation.
