Between Communication Support and Tension Regulation: Psychosocial Determinants of Students’ Use of Generative AI in Private Messaging

Abstrakt
Artykuł podejmuje problematykę związku między generowaniem wiadomości prywatnych przy użyciu narzędzi sztucznej inteligencji a funkcjonowaniem psychospołecznym młodych dorosłych. Analiza koncentruje się na wykorzystaniu AI w komunikacji interpersonalnej, rozumianej jako proces tworzenia, modyfikowania i dostosowywania treści kierowanych do innych osób w sytuacjach prywatnych. W badaniu, w którym udział wzięło 575 studentów, wykorzystano autorską ankietę dotyczącą użycia AI, Skalę Depresji, Lęku i Stresu DASS-21, Skalę Samooceny Rosenberga SES oraz Test Uzależnienia od Internetu K. Young. Wyniki wskazują na istotne zależności między generowaniem wiadomości prywatnych z wykorzystaniem AI a wiekiem badanych, poziomem stresu oraz nasileniem uzależnienia od Internetu. Uzyskane rezultaty sugerują, że korzystanie z AI w obszarze komunikacji prywatnej może wiązać się nie tylko z praktycznym wsparciem w redagowaniu wypowiedzi, lecz także z szerszymi aspektami funkcjonowania psychologicznego i cyfrowego młodych dorosłych.
