Abstract

Article presents essence of social entreprise, base legal and aspects of economic conducts of social activities. It presents analysis of concept of social economy in states of European Union and in Poland. It identify foundation of program advancements of local development in Poland and forms – economic determining advancement process local development socially, development of activity of local country area in it.
