Abstract

The system, pro-quality approach has resulted in the creation of modern techniques and methods of improving the quality in both, the technique and management in manufacturing, as well as service companies. A key objective of the publication is to present the area of system approach to quality issues, the use of standards, continuous improvement methods used by the company against the functioning of the educational quality assurance system for ensuring ongoing monitoring of the evaluation process of university.
