The development of space activities economy as a factor of technological modernization of the Republic of Belarus

Abstrakt

This article considers institutional consequences of contemporary stage of scientific and technological revolution, which include: universal (civilization) interdependence of scientific, technological, social and institutional, as well as economic dynamics; mechanisms of demonstration of designated planetary regularities in the Republic of Belarus and ways of formation of postcapitalist social and scientific community; development of space activities as a way of winning and retaining the scientific and technical leadership and one of the most effective instruments for ensuring strategic stability and security of the state.
