In the conditions of turbulent changes of the environment the success of the company requires special organizational skills. Flexibility of the organization allowing for its efficient functioning is first of all determined by management of intangible resources, among which human capital (a lot of attention has been drawn to it in the publication) plays a particular role. Apart from the explanation of the nature of the human capital, the study concentrates on organizational dimension of its selection process.
