Abstrakt

Noosphere economy is characterized by intellectualization of the whole society and entrepreneurship as the initial bearer of innovations. The development of innovative entrepreneurship can be carried out by united efforts of three key subjects of innovative structure – government, entrepreneurship, education and science system. Entrepreneurship has a status of positive social-economic changes mover and instrument of economy innovative development assurance.
