Abstract

The PPP formula is more and more often used in a connection with the financing of the EU, in the framework of the hybrid projects. EU funds are an important addition to the financial measures taken by the private partner in the PPP project and the EU financial perspective 2014–2020 could be a breakthrough for the hybrid projects.
